This project is to design a fine dining interior design scheme for Nobu.   The objective is to achieve and increase business by welcoming clients who love a warm experience and ambiance during fine dining. The concept was inspired by the methods of making Nigiri Sushi by Nobu Matsuhisa. The concept title is Glissade Curvature which is inspired by the three keywords Glide, Curvilinear, and Integrate. Glissade means glide over and curvature means the state of being curved. Glide means flow and motion in elegance. Curvature represents Curvilinear which means lines of the curve.  The three keywords integrate did not appear in the concept title because integrate means fusion and connection tensile structure hidden. The meaning behind Glissade Curvature means “Glide Over the Curve”.
