Glissade Curvature

DINING AREA

This project is to design a fine dining interior design scheme for Nobu. The objective is to achieve and increase business by welcoming clients who love a warm experience and ambiance during fine dining. The concept was inspired by the methods of making Nigiri Sushi by Nobu Matsuhisa. The concept title is Glissade Curvature which is inspired by the three keywords Glide, Curvilinear, and Integrate. Glissade means glide over and curvature means the state of being curved. Glide means flow and motion in elegance. Curvature represents Curvilinear which means lines of the curve. The three keywords integrate did not appear in the concept title because integrate means fusion and connection tensile structure hidden. The meaning behind Glissade Curvature means “Glide Over the Curve”.

The Rhythm of Undulated Sensorium

The project is to create a co-living space for the musician with a different music career and different types of music altogether. Therefore, to promote sustainability and create a conceptual and sensational interior and architecture design of the co-living. The concept and the keywords are inspired by the Sound Wave. Sound is a mechanical wave that results from the back-and-forth vibration of the particles of the medium through which the sound wave is moving from left to right through the air, then particles of air will be displaced both rightward and leftward as the energy of the sound wave passes through it. The sound wave was the main inspiration of the concept and keywords is because it was an important element in music. If without sound waves, music will not be propagated.
